June 27: Internet of Things 2013

Internet of Things 2013 is a one day conference for corporates, investors and entrepreneurs building businesses in the Internet of Things. We want to educate, inspire and connect the people and companies turning connected devices into profitable businesses.

The forum focus is on building businesses, not technology. Speakers will discuss the commercial application of IoT and what it takes to make money – how can entrepreneurial businesses partner profitably with large enterprises. Our audience brings together decision makers from corporate brands, influencers in the industry, innovative young enterprises and the press.

Every delegate at IoT13 should leave with practical actions for building or improving their business and the contacts to make it happen. This is a rapidly growing, though nascent sector, but there are notable commercial successes already and many more companies piloting ideas.

IoT13 will look at questions like:

•What business models are best suited to the sector?

•Which sectors are showing signs of success?

•How large corporates are using connected devices and how to get involved?

•What makes the difference between success and failure in IoT?

•Where is the smart money going?

Places are limited and a number of registrations are available for IPSO members – see http://internetofthings.thebln.com/ for more information or book here.
